Columbus Ohio Temple

While in Ohio, I also visited Columbus. While in Columbus, I went to the Columbus Ohio Temple. It is a small but beautiful temple. There is a peaceful feeling when you visit a temple, whether inside or outside. I love feeling peace in my life.

Kirtland Temple

While in Ohio, I was able to go to Kirtland where the pioneers once lived. While there I visited the Kirtland Temple. It was the 1st temple built in this dispensation by the pioneers. They ended up leaving this beautiful building on moving onward. It is hard to imagine that back in the 1830's such a building was built. It cost about $40,000 to build. The temple is currently owned by the Community of Christ. You are able to take tours of the temple if you like. I didn't have enough time to take a tour but if I am able to go back, I will visit again.
I love the blue sky in Ohio. I don't think I have ever seen such a blue sky. Not much pollution there.

Idaho Falls Temple

This is the Idaho Falls Temple in Idaho Falls, Idaho. It is very beautiful. I was blown away by the surrounding areas. There is literally a waterfall across the street from the temple. I wish the sun was shining but unfortunately it was cloudy. I love when my temple pictures have bright blue skies. Maybe next time.

I love the geese on the falls. It was really neat to see them just stand there.

Rexburg Idaho Temple

I absolutely love taking pictures of temples. I love the peaceful feeling I get when I am on the grounds of the temples. Here are a few pictures of the Rexburg Idaho Temple. It is beautiful! It overlooks Brigham Young University-Idaho Campus.

Tyler and Kaite back to school

I was cleaning out my photos on my computer when I realized I don't have very many photos of my own kids. So I pulled out the back drop and snapped a few shots of them. Can I just tell you how hard it is to take pictures of your own children? My kids are impossible. They refuse to look at the camera. Their head will be pointed toward you but their eyes are somewhere else.
I may be a little biased, but I think I have the cutest kids in the entire world. I mean look at them. How can you not smile when you look at their adorable faces.

Denver Temple

I had the opportunity to finally take a picture of the Denver Temple. It was really tough to get a good shot because we went right in the middle of the day so there were tons of shadows but I think it turned out pretty well.

If you would like to learn more go to:
Purpose of Temple

I absolutely love taking pictures of temples. I think they are beautiful buildings and even more important they help us draw closer to our Heavenly Father.

S Family - Colorado Springs Photographer

This little man recently turned 18 months. He is the happiest little boy you have ever seen. I have had the great privilege of having him in our home the past 10 months and watching him grow and learn new things every day.

M Family - Colorado Springs Photographer

Meet Cute little Baby J. He didn't want to cooperate until the very end. He stayed awake the entire photo shoot. I said to mom, lets try again another time and we will see if maybe he would sleep. It seemed as those words came out of my mouth, he went right to sleep. I went to work hard and fast and we got some precious shoots of little J.

We also got a few shots of big brother. He really only wanted to play but was kind enough to let me take a few shots.

This is the happy family.
This is the birth announcement I designed for the family.
